The core of the heating system is formed by three powerful ADAPT 0724 heat pumps, which operate in a cascade system to efficiently provide underfloor heating and continuous hot water supply for the entire building. Each apartment is equipped with its own precise meter, allowing for individual energy consumption measurement. This ensures fair and transparent billing, as each resident pays only for the energy they actually use. Such a system promotes energy-efficient practices and contributes to lower household expenses.
The well-thought-out design of the entire system successfully addresses one of the biggest challenges of multi-residential buildings – ensuring a sufficient hot water supply for all residents, even during peak times.
