They replaced the central boiler room that heated 8 multi-apartment buildings with a total of 48 luxury apartments with the KRONOTERM heat pump system. The selected water/water heat pumps utilize groundwater as a heat source with a total power of 120 kW. They no longer rely on electric heating and have significantly reduced the heating costs. The heat pump extracts heat from water, requiring electrical energy only for its operation.
