The customer was looking for a sustainable, energy-efficient solution for their new-build home that would provide both heating and cooling throughout the year. As the property was a multi-storey residential building without an existing heating or domestic hot water system, a complete solution had to be designed and installed from the ground up.

Beyond technical performance, aesthetics were also a key consideration. The owners wanted a system that would not only operate efficiently but also visually complement the interior and exterior design of the house. The solution needed to be reliable, easy to control, energy-efficient and elegant enough to enhance their modern home.

To achieve the desired level of comfort throughout the year, the owners selected the KRONOTERM ADAPT 0416 heat pump an advanced device that combines heating, cooling and domestic hot water production in a single system. ADAPT is a high-performance solution with a heating output of 12 kW, making it particularly suitable for medium-sized, multi-storey residential buildings such as this home. As an air-to-water heat pump, the device extracts heat from the outdoor air and efficiently transfers it into the home.
