In April, our ADAPT 2 M and ADAPT 2 L heat pumps from the new generation of our ADAPT heat pumps were awarded the prestigious EHPA Quality Label (EHPA Gütesiegel) for Austria and Switzerland.
The EHPA Quality Label is a certification issued by the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA) and is considered one of the most recognised quality marks in the industry. To obtain it, a heat pump must independently demonstrate high energy efficiency, suitable acoustic performance, build quality, and a guaranteed service network in the relevant country. When a customer sees this label, they have assurance that the product has been independently verified and is backed by a manufacturer with established support.
In Austria and Switzerland, the EHPA Quality Label is often one of the key prerequisites for accessing national subsidies for heat pump installation. Without it, customers in these countries cannot apply for the state incentives that significantly reduce the cost of the investment. With the certification now in place, ADAPT 2 M and ADAPT 2 L are officially eligible for the main Austrian and Swiss subsidy schemes.
