THE HEAT PUMP ONLY NEEDS ONE ANNUAL SERVICE CHECK

And do you know when that time of year comes? The time when our service technicians knock on your door and inspect your device from 'head to toe.' Regular annual service checks ensure the efficient operation of your device, prevent potential malfunctions and inconveniences, and ultimately extend the lifespan of your heat pump. Longer lifespan = lower initial investment and lower operating costs.

Every technological device requires regular maintenance for flawless, optimal, and efficient operation. In the case of heat pumps, a simple annual service check is sufficient. It is advisable to perform a preventive service check on the heat pump once a year, during which our trained technicians inspect the device, check the wiring, and clean it.

PREVENT MALFUNCTIONS

The heat pump operates almost 24 hours a day, every day of the year. This means that it is under considerable load. Even when not actively heating or cooling spaces, it remains on, although in a dormant state during that time. Throughout its lifespan, it is exposed to wear and tear on systems and connections. If these are not regularly inspected, potential wear and tear can affect the efficiency of the device, increasing the chances of various major malfunctions.

You probably feel much better about safety, potential new issues, and fuel consumption after a car service. The same goes for heat pumps. The difference is that cars operate significantly fewer hours per year and also require an annual service check.

WHEN THE EXPERT KNOCKS ON YOUR DOOR

Please contact your authorized heat pump manufacturer, service technician, or seller. Our trained technicians conduct the service check quickly and efficiently. They inspect and check all pipe connections and joints, as well as the refrigerant quantity in the pump, to ensure that your pump continues to operate efficiently. During the heat pump inspection, they also examine and clean the filters.

One issue that may arise due to improper installation of condensate drain pipes and the accumulation of impurities on the evaporator and in the condensate is the blockage of the drain or pipe and the spillage of condensate around the unit. During the service check, the pipe is inspected, correctly installed, and impurity accumulation is prevented.
